Dear San Tan Family,

Welcome to Homecoming Week, 2024!

This Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, we are on half-day schedules with school ending at 12:06pm. Join us for parent-teacher conferences this Thursday and Friday with the late night event on Thursday. See below to sign-up conferences!

Starting on Monday, the school will be on a two-week hiatus for Fall Break, with office hours 8am - 2pm and the office closed Oct. 7 & 8.

It's a party this Saturday, Sept. 28, on the Power Campus with our junior high and high school dance. If you are a planning on inviting a guest, please pick up a guest form at the Power Campus front desk. All guest forms are due to the Power Campus by tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 25.

Power Campus Paper Drive

It was a close race coming down to the wire but help me in congratulating Mr. Dudek as the winner in this year's Paper Drive contest! Mr. Dudek's class earned 412 reams of white copy paper, 8 reams of cardstock and 2 reams of colored paper!

Overall, this year's campain brought in 1129 reams or 113 cases or nearly 1/2 million sheets! Thank you San Tan Charter for your support and generous dontations!

Parent-Teacher Conferences

Sign up for end-of-quarter Parent-Teacher conferences

Conferences are organized in 90-minute blocks with the average conference time lasting 10 minutes. Please select the time block that is most convenient for your family and select the teachers you would like to conference with before selecting "submit".

Families can meet in the student union during their scheduled time block and wait for their teacher(s) to come and meet them for their appointment. This format allows families to move through all conferences with the least amount of wait time.
