Thank you for the amazing support last week for Homecoming. Between the help we had with building floats and using vehicles for the parade, to voluntering for the dances, and getting the students excited about Spirit Days, our parents have been amazing with dedication and support for the school.
Speaking of amazing, the paper drive was absolutely incredible with 1,926 reams of paper donated to the Power Campus. Thank you families--you set a new record!
This week is the last week of classes before our two-week Fall Break. This week is also our Parent-Teacher conferences. We are asking for your help with donations to feed our teachers on Thursday for the late night meetings. Please click on the link below to sign up for food items to help feed our teachers.
Discover the world right here at school! Our Culture Fair will be a celebration of traditions, food, music, and stories from around the globe—brought to life by our own students. Come taste new flavors, see colorful displays, and enjoy presentations which showcase the diversity of our World and the creativity of our students.

September 25 & 26
Welcome to our Power Campus Fall Conferences!
Conferences are organized in 90-minute blocks with the average conference time lasting 10 minutes. Please select the time block that is most convenient for your family and select the teachers you would like to conference with before selecting "submit".
Families will gather in the student union during their scheduled time block and wait for their teacher(s) to come and meet them for their appointment. This format allows families to move through all conferences with the least amount of wait time.
It is a San Tan tradition that families help feed our teachers for the late-night parent teacher conference. This Fall we will be doing Chipotle style for staff. Please click on the Sign-Up Genius below to sign up:

New Arizona Law - HB 2019
Water Safety and Swimming Lessons Initiative
We are writing to share important information about a new Arizona law, House Bill 2019 (A.R.S. 15-249.19), aimed at helping keep children safe in and around water.
Why This Matters
Drowning is one of the leading causes of accidental death among young children in Arizona. Many of these tragedies are preventable through early water safety education and swimming instruction. The new “Every Child a Swimmer” initiative makes it easier for families to access trusted resources to teach children vital swimming and water safety skills.
What the Law Requires
All Arizona school districts and charter schools shall:
Upon student enrollment, provide parents and guardians with a list of certified water safety and/or swimming lesson programs, as posted on the Arizona Department of Education website.
This information in this notice will also be included in the next version of the Parent/Student Handbook.
Our Commitment to You
In alignment with HB 2019, The Arizona Department of Education has compiled a list of Arizona water safety and swimming programs that meet the law’s requirements. This information can be found on the ArizonaDepartmentofEducation’sSchoolSafetyUnitwebpage, for your convenience.
We encourage you to review these options and consider enrolling your child in a program that meets your family’s needs.
Together for Safety
By working together as a school community, we can help prevent water-related accidents and give every child the confidence and skills they need to stay safe around water.
Thank you for partnering with us to keep all children safe.
