Dear San Tan Family,

Thank you for an incredible start to the year and for sending San Tan Charter your well-prepared students!

MAP testing started this week! We are full steam ahead in our curriculum. Each week teachers will send weekly emails home to discuss their classes and any related important information. Please be sure to take the time to read your parent emails from staff.

To continue to receive the weekly Principal newsletters, please make sure to open the emails. (Individuals who do not open the emails after three-consecutive weeks are automatically removed from the email list).

Fall sports are getting underway and the varsity football team was recently highllighted in the Arizona Republic. Read the Richard Obert story, if you have the chance! The fall sports teams have over 170 students signed up to compete, which is more than 1/3 of the student population!

Drive Lane

Ways to be more safe and efficient

Thank you for driving carefully. To ensure safety and efficiency, please follow the best practices below:

NO pick-ups or drop-offs in neighbooring businesses or neighborhoods
Each lane forms (2) lanes
- Drop off and pick-up in lanes closest to the school (do not cross traffic)
- Make sure students using the crosswalk
- Do not stop in the crosswalk while driving
Right Turn only out of campus
SPEED LIMIT: 7mph on campus

Power Campus Paper Drive

Let the Games begin!

We have officially kicked off the 2024-25 school paper drive. The teacher on campus with the most reams of paper donated wins $250 for their classroom! Our reigning winner is Ms. Kovach (pictured below in all her glory).

Additional points awarded for colored paper and cardstock!

Please turn in all paper to the front office with the name of the teacher whose classroom you would like it donated to : )

Fall Sports Offerings

If you are interested in any of our fall sports please make sure you complete the full registration process before the first day of practice. Contact athletic director, Kristofer Sippel, Jr. for more information: kristofer.sippel@santancs.com.
