Dear San Tan Family,

We are just one week away from the start of the new school year! This week we have many back-to-school activities to get you and your family prepared.

Today, students receive class schedules at Main Event! Wednesday evening is our yearly sports information night, and Thursday is our open house from 3-8pm, with a teacher break for dinner from 5-6pm. Class schedules can be changed starting at open house (no emails, please).

BACK-TO-SCHOOL Events

Main Event Meet & Greet

When: Tuesday, July 16^th 3pm to 7pm

Where: Main Event, San Tan Village

Cost: $25

Join us for our annual Power Campus meet and greet! You can pick up your schedule, meet your teachers and make new friends while enjoying the various activities at Main Event. Your student will partake in up to 4-hours of unlimited activities that include bowling, billiards, laser tag, gravity ropes, and a few meet & greet activities. Included in the cost is a $10 Fun Card, 2 pizza slices and a medium soft drink.

Sports Information Night

When: Tuesday, July 17^th 5:30pm

Where: Power Campus Gym

Here you will be able to meet your coaches and gather information/register for the upcoming sports seasons offered at the school. All of our 2024-2025 sports will be represented at the event, JH & HS.

**Schedules changes will be available at Open House**

Back to School Open House is Thursday, July 18th from 3- 8 pm (with a break for teachers from 5-6 pm). Students can pick up their class schedules, walk the campus to find their classrooms, and meet their teachers. Class schedule changes will be offered and supplies from the NHS bulk supply order available for pick up. Students can also drop off school supplies and pick up their Chromebook rentals or have their own Chromebook registered. We look forward to seeing you there!

School Pick-up & Drop-off (drivelane map)

Construction on Power Road!

Below you will find our map for how the Power Campus onducts its drivelane procedure. To make be as efficient as possible, please make sure to use both the first two lanes as you enter campus. Most importantly, you can only make a right hand turn while turning onto Power Road. Please prepare your family for longer delays with the Power Road construction.

Be patient, kind and considerate of others
Right turn only off campus and on to Power Road
Drop off students at either of the two rows closest to campus
Make sure students use the crosswalk to enter campus

Technology

Chromebooks

All students are required to have a Chromebook for school. Below is the approved Chromebook list for those who are purchasing a personal Chromebook. We offer leases for $250 for the school year or you can purchase your own and pay a $50 tech fee for the programming our IT department will install. This link is just a reference, you can usually find better prices on amazon if you choose to purchase your own!
