I hope you enjoyed the official kickoff to Summer (Memorial Day Weekend)!
Beginning June 2, Summer Office Hours are from 8am - 2pm Monday through Friday, with Friday, July 4, off for the holiday.
Teachers are here this week getting all checked out and are making plans for next school year. You will see some new faces joining our growing school, including Ms. Jungman in the math department, Ms. Samaniego in science, Ms. Merkley in English, Ms. Harris in PE and the return of Mr. Linquist in the math department!
If you are looking for something this summer, sports camps start next week and run during the month of June. Read below for sign-ups.
Speaking of sign-ups, sign-up this Thursday and Friday for our end-of-the-year parent-teacher conferences! As always, we will have a late-night option for working families, and we would ask for your donations to help feed our teachers. Click here to donate:
As we continue to enhance the educational opportunities available to our students, we are introducing elective course fees beginning in the 2025-2026 school year.
These modest fees will support the growing costs associated with specialized elective classes, such as materials, equipment, and instructional resources. Electives like Culinary Arts, Fine Arts, and Broadcasting require additional supplies and tools to provide students with a rich, hands-on learning experience.
Our goal is to maintain high-quality elective offerings while ensuring these programs remain sustainable and impactful. Fee details and options for financial assistance will be provided in your student’s course selection materials.
We appreciate your continued support in helping us offer a dynamic and engaging education for all students.
NOTE: Course Fees will not be paid until the 10th Day of the School year (once all class decisions are final)

End-of-Year conferences are organized in 90-minute blocks with the average conference time lasting 10 minutes. Please select the time block that is most convenient for your family and select the teachers you would like to conference with before selecting “submit”.
Families will meet in the student union during their scheduled time block and wait for their teacher(s) to come and meet them for their appointment. This format allows families to move through all conferences with the least amount of wait time.
San Tan is heading to JAPAN in Spring 2026, and you’re invited to join the crew!
We will experience an 11 day tour of Tokyo, Fuji-Hakone-Izu region, Kansai region, with an extension to Hiroshima via bullet train, experiencing tons of culture, scenery and local food along the way!
