Dear San Tan Family,

Welcome to Finals and Graduation Week! 

This Friday we will be on a half-day "B-Day" schedule that will include the "Senior Breakfast" and Yearbook signing for students. This yearly tradition is a way for all students to have a meal together and celebrate a successful school year. 

Finals are happening today and tomorrow and the Spring Sports banquet is this evening. Technology turn-in as well as 8th grade and 12th grade graduations are Thursday, May 22!

Year at a Glance 

Highlights from the 2024-25 School Year 

• 32 of 52 graduating seniors are set to attend a college/university
• The Senior Class set a record $2.8 million in earned scholarships
• 11 out of 52 seniors signed Letters of Intent to play college sports
• The junior class raised the overall ACT composite score from last school year
• Staff attendance rate was over 95% 
• The school increased sports participation rates by 5%
• Culinary students tripled the state average for CTE certification passing rates
• San Tan Charter signed its first -ever Div. 1 football recruit to ASU 
• STCS awarded a second "charter" to start a New School in Eastmark 
• Football, baseball and mens soccer recorded the most single-season wins in school history 
• The athletics department earned over 3.5 grade-point average 
• The school increased enrollment for the 5th straight year 

Senior Breakfast 

The last day of school, May 23, is our annual senior breakfast (provided by Culinary). All students on campus are welcome to share this meal with our seniors. Please help make it a memorable event by donating food items on the link below so culinary can put together an amazing final-event (Day after graduation).

Summer Programming at San Tan Charter

Summer schedules can be hectic—especially when juggling multiple activities! Did you know our K–9 Summer Adventure Camp can help with transportation to and from San Tan Sports Camps? Whether your child loves sports, hands-on activities, or both, we’ve got flexible options to make your summer planning easy.

🏕️ K–9 Summer Adventure Camp

For students entering K–9th grade, this camp offers:

• Half-day or full-day options
• Weekly music, art, science projects, and in-house field trips
• Led by Ms. Oswald and Ms. Simister, and directed by Ms. Kerby

🏈 San Tan Charter Sports Camps

Sponsored by San Tan Charter, these camps include:

• Basketball, Football, Cheer, Soccer, Volleyball, and Baseball
• Held at Power & Recker Campuses with bus transportation available to and from K-9 Summer Adventure Camp

End of Year Parent-Teacher Conferences 

Sign-Ups below 

End-of-Year conferences are organized in 90-minute blocks with the average conference time lasting 10 minutes. Please select the time block that is most convenient for your family and select the teachers you would like to conference with before selecting “submit”.

Families will meet in the student union during their scheduled time block and wait for their teacher(s) to come and meet them for their appointment. This format allows families to move through all conferences with the least amount of wait time.

EF Tours Trips 2025 

San Tan is heading to JAPAN in Spring 2026, and you’re invited to join the crew!
