July 18th is our Open House. This will run from 3-8 pm.

San Tan - Recker will have a designated and reserved space for parents to mingle while kids can play and have fun! This is a great opportunity to catch up with friends or meet new families before the school year begins.
It's that time of year again - Before and After Sign-Up! Please note, Before and After Care is not a drop-in service. Students need to be registered for the program.
The before and after care programs are designed to give parents the peace of mind and convenience knowing their children are receiving continuity of care between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:45 PM.
My Hot Lunch Box is now open for orders! You can begin to order your child's special lunches for the semester now. Remember, there is a 24 hour deadline each day to order. Vendors for the year include; Firehouse Subs, Panda Express, Raising Canes, Rubios, and Papa Johns! Please remember to update your student's grade level.
MyHotLunchbox is introducing a new program this year that San Tan Charter School, and our community helped them with the idea.
Donate a lunch! Last school year, many parents asked if there was a way they could help students who don't receive lunch every day, and unfortunately there was not a way to do it that benefited everyone. Throughout the year, our administration team has been in contact with MyHotLunchbox and together we came up with an option to help those in need. When you purchase your student's lunch, there will be an option that says, 'Donate a Lunch'. You will be able to choose from pre-selected amounts or choose your own amount you would like to donate. At the beginning of each week, one of the members of our administration team will purchase food each day and make sure that the food is given to children that had little to no lunch.
Without the offers of families here at San Tan Charter, this would not be an option. The impact of your kindness goes further! Thanks to San Tan's initiative, MyHotLunchbox will now offer "Donate a Lunch" nationwide. Together, we're helping communities across the country fight childhood hunger.
RASK Kit & Montessori Fees
Each year our students receive their San Tan RASK Kit. This kit includes a t-shirt, folder, and datebook. This fee is $30.
If you are a Montessori Family, we ask that you pay the $200 Montessori extension fee for the Montessori program. This helps to offset the cost for the Montessori supplies. *Please note, you should only pay the Montessori extension fee if your child is enrolled in the Montessori program.
We do have a new student-designed t-shirt for the upcoming school year. Please be sure to update your student's t-shirt size when you submit your payment for the RASK kit.

Pictured Below: Mrs. Sterling, Jordan, and family enjoyed exploring Maui this summer! They enjoyed luaus, saw sea turtles and dolphins, snorkeled, hiked and even watched the sunset at Haleakala at 10,000 feet! They even swam in a waterfall, visited a lavender farm, and drove the entire west coast of the island.
Pictured Below: The Ligon Family (Kinsley, Travis, and Jake) enjoyed a trip up the California Coast. The visited Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, enjoyed some blueberry lavender ice cream, and hiked up a Chapel on a hill in Shannon, CA.
CK Vikings Tackle Football Program
The CK Vikings Tackle Football Program is searching for student-athletes ages 6-8 to join their Division 1 Team for the 2024 Fall Season! The CK Vikings are managed by Chase Cartwright who also acts as the Head Varsity Football Coach at San Tan Charter High School.
The Vikings are heading into their 3rd Season as a Tackle Football Program and compete locally in Queen Creek with the San Tan Youth Football League. There are a number of CK Vikings walking the halls at both the Recker and Power campuses at San Tan Charter, and many of those student-athletes now compete for Coach Cartwright and the Roadrunners Varsity Football Program!
CK is coming off its best season as a Program in 2023 in which both the Division 2 and Division 3 Teams won Championships, and both the Division 1 and Division 5 Teams made the Semi-Finals! The CK Vikings Organization as a whole pride themselves in developing student-athletes on and off the field through character and class as well as providing a second to none learning experience! CK is compiled of a Coaching Staff that consists of former collegiate and professional athletes that take tremendous pride in building positive relationships with each student-athlete and teaching them the right fundamentals of the game.

Remember that your student-athlete will not be able to participate in their sport until the full registration process is complete. We will be hosting our 2024-2025 sports information night on July 17th @ 5:30 pm at the Power campus gym. Here you will be able to meet your coaches and gather information on the upcoming seasons! All of our 2024-2025 sports are included at this event, JH & HS. The sports that will be offered this upcoming season are down below;
