This is a big week! If you have not yet gotten an email from your child's teacher, please give the Front Office a call. Teachers emailed their new students last Friday.

We are excited to once again partner with My Hot Lunchbox to offer a wide variety of delicious options for lunch for the upcoming school year. Parents must update their student's grade level on the website.

Orders have closed for the school supply drive. If you were unable to order from our school supply list directly, you can still find the class supply lists below.

A huge thank you to those who participated in the school supply drive! The paper reams arrived last week!

Paper Blitz

The paper that was purchased through the gifted supply drive has already been counted towards homeroom counts! Winning classroom gets a golden ticket! Feel free to drop this off in the Cafeteria and we'll label it with your child's teachers name.

Meet the Teacher - July 17th

Our Meet the Teacher will be held on Thursday, July 17th from 3-5 pm and 6-8 pm. Teachers will have a dinner break from 5 - 6 pm.

Our Fall Club Fair will be held from 3 - 5 pm in the gym, with an informational Sports meeting being held from 5-6 pm in the gym during the teacher dinner break. Fingerprinting will be on-site as well for parents who are interested in getting their fingerprints done so they can volunteer and participate on Field Trips.

Meet the Teacher is 'Open House' style meaning we invite you to come by when it works best for your family. Upon your arrival, please start in the cafeteria.

Before and After Care Sign-Up

Here at San Tan we offer Before Care each morning from 7-8 am, and After Care until 3:45 pm. If you need to sign up, please print and turn in the Registration Documents to the Preschool desk.

Parent Volunteers

Our Parent Volunteers at San Tan need a Fingerprint IVP Clearance card to help with field trips, volunteering, and guest teaching. This year, we will have a fingerprint information table at Meet the Teacher available to you from 3-5 pm. This is a great opportunity for our parents and very convenient for our families.

Recker Back to School Splash Bash - July 18th

Family passes are officially for sale for our Recker Back to School Night on Friday, July 18th from 6:30-9 pm. We have the entire aquatic center reserved for San Tan! Lifeguards will be on site. Extension Fees

To support the enrollment of each student the following fees will provide student tools and resource access to each student. Our Recker Campus provides K-6 Elementary Mainstream and Gifted classes and K-9 Montessori classes.

Fall Sports - Registration is Open!

We are happy to announce that registration for the 2025-2026 athletic school year is officially open! I have included my PowerPoint which is a step-by-step process to get fully registered for the upcoming season! Remember that your student-athlete will not be able to participate in their sport until the full registration process is complete.

Registration Directions

On-Site Sport Physicals:

We will be offering on-site sport physicals again this year on July 26th, from 10-12PM at the Power campus student-union. Please make sure you bring in the sport physical form filled out to help the process go by faster, this will be first come first serve. To help with lines and help the process go smoother, all families with the last name A-M please come at 10AM, families with the last name N-Z come at 11AM. We will have extra sport physical copies in the front office when you arrive if needed.

2025-2026 Sports INFO Night:

The Recker Campus will be hosting a Sports Info Night during the Open House. This will be on Thursday, July 17th, from 5-6 pm in the Gym. At this session, we will talk about sport registration, BigTeams process, communication, and how to get sport specific info before the season. I will answer any questions you may have as well.
