Dear Roadrunner,

A big thank you for such a wonderful Spring Concert! It was so cool to see the concert on the lawn, Mercado in the gym, Glow Show in the cafeteria, and families enjoying food in the courtyard area. Offering PE each day and Music/Art each day has been so enjoyable for the students and we are so grateful for our Specials team!

Invites went out this week if your child is receiving an award next week at the Academic Awards Night. Please make note of the times below and that the location is at the Power Campus.

Teacher Appreciation week is in full swing! Our Oz-Some Teachers are enjoying a Wicked theme this week with tons of treats. A huge thank you to our FEC and donations that have poured in. Teachers Favorites Lists are linked below.

A big congratulations to our Tax Credit Winners; Bock Family, Lopez Family, Early Family, Fisher Family, and McCartney Family. All school fees will be waived for the 25/26 school year!

House of Refuge Cereal Drive

Mrs. Witte and Ms. Berhost's 1st-3rd grade classes are leading a Cereal Drive May 12-16th to benefit families and kids living at the House of Refuge. Please consider donating nut-free cereal to our completely student-driven drive. The classes have adopted the catch phrase “Kids Helping Kids”. This year, the classes hope to exceed last year's goal of 3000 boxes of cereal.

The House of Refuge, located in Mesa, is a non-profit organization providing transitional housing and support services to homeless families.  The offer 88 two-bedroom homes, along with services to help residents gain self-sufficiency.  Mrs. Witte and Ms. Berhost’s students hope to fill the bellies of children during the summer months when they don't have access to free school breakfasts and lunches.

We're very excited to continue this tradition.  Thank you in advance for your support!

Yearbook Signing Party

Yearbook Signing Party

The yearbook is in production, and we have heard from the printing plant that there is currently a limited supply of additional yearbooks for this school year. These yearbooks are available on a first come, first serve basis and can be ordered online at Jostens.com. Save the date for our Yearbook Signing Party on Friday, May 16th, 3:45-5 pm for all families who have purchased a yearbook. Yearbooks for purchase upon arrival and distribution in May are NOT guaranteed, so if you would like a book from this school year, we recommend you order online as soon as possible.

Thank you for supporting our community and yearbook program!
