We are so excited for our Music Concert on Thursday. Upper Elementary will be running a Mercado in the gym from 5-5:50 pm, food trucks will be available, and don't forget the Art Show in our Cafeteria! Please review your child's start time below to make sure they are there on time and can pick up their recorders before hitting the stage. Feel free to bring blankets and chairs for seating on the lawn. Last year, the Spring Music Concert was my first big event with the San Tan community when I came on as Principal. I have fond memories and I know this years will be just as great!
We are gearing up for Teacher Appreciation Week next week! Please see the sign-ups, Donor's Choose projects, or reach out to our FEC to see how you can help support. Their email is fec@santancs.com.
Our Tax Credit winners are being contacted today - next week, we will highlight the winners in the Cox Connection.
I'll see all of you 'on the lawn' on Thursday!

Mrs. Witte and Ms. Berhost's 1st-3rd grade classes are leading a Cereal Drive May 12-16th to benefit families and kids living at the House of Refuge. Please consider donating nut-free cereal to our completely student-driven drive. The classes have adopted the catch phrase “Kids Helping Kids”. This year, the classes hope to exceed last year's goal of 3000 boxes of cereal.
The House of Refuge, located in Mesa, is a non-profit organization providing transitional housing and support services to homeless families. The offer 88 two-bedroom homes, along with services to help residents gain self-sufficiency. Mrs. Witte and Ms. Berhost’s students hope to fill the bellies of children during the summer months when they don't have access to free school breakfasts and lunches.
We're very excited to continue this tradition. Thank you in advance for your support!
Yearbook Signing Party
The yearbook is in production, and we have heard from the printing plant that there is currently a limited supply of additional yearbooks for this school year. These yearbooks are available on a first come, first serve basis and can be ordered online at Jostens.com. Save the date for our Yearbook Signing Party on Friday, May 16th, 3:30-5 pm for all families who have purchased a yearbook. Yearbooks for purchase upon arrival and distribution in May are NOT guaranteed, so if you would like a book from this school year, we recommend you order online as soon as possible.
Thank you for supporting our community and yearbook program!
