It is official - the summer heat has arrived! Please remind your student to pack a water bottle each day with them and make sure it is labeled. 

The performance of Hamilton was a smashing success! Congratulations to Mrs. Dippre and our thespians on a wonderful show. 

Our Earth Day events were huge hits! Thank you to our parent volunteers who helped with the Montessori event and thank you to Student Council for our all-school assembly... the recycling rally!

Save the Date

Our K-7th grade students will be participating in our Spring Music Concert on Wednesday, May 1st, led by the amazing Mrs. Cabrera! Doors open at 4:30 pm and food trucks will be available. Please note - this concert will take place outside. We invite our families to bring picnic blankets, grab some food, and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere!

STEAM Innoverse Camp

San Tan is excited to be partnering with the Innoverse STEAM Center to bring an after-school STEAM Club to our school community in the month of May. Please see below if your student is interested in signing up. The first day of the club will be May 1st.

Gifted Information Night

San Tan is offering a Gifted Information Night to help answer your questions about everything gifted for all grades. During the presentation, we will present on what it means to be gifted, the types of giftedness, how we assess for giftedness as well as introduce you to our gifted teachers, our self-contained gifted model, and the gifted program for junior high and high school. Additionally, we will offer an overview of the different enrichment programs available and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

The Gifted Information Night is targeted towards those entering the gifted program and those who wish to learn more about San Tan's Gifted Program. We would like to take a moment to welcome our new additions to San Tan's Gifted Program!  We understand that you may have many questions about our program and what 'gifted' really means. 

Teacher Appreciation Week

Our FEC has planned a wonderful week for our teachers for teacher appreciation week coming up from May 6th-10th. On Tuesday, May 7th, we are having lunch and gelato donated for our incredible teachers. We would love to give teachers the opportunity to enjoy their lunch and have volunteers cover their recess/lunch duty. Please see below for volunteer opportunities.
